Salesforce Consultant

SCOPE OF WORK & DELIVERABLES

Generation Citizen hopes to procure a vendor to improve the organization’s Salesforce infrastructure to more effectively support relationship and internal deliverable tracking across our partnership and fundraising work, in strong alignment with Salesforce’s Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP). The consultant will work primarily with GC’s Director, Operations.

This is a mid-sized project that comes after a rebuild of our Salesforce instance that supported the organization’s foundational needs around revenue tracking and projections. The maximum budget for this project is $20K, and we anticipate that a discovery phase will begin in June 2024, implementation will begin in July 2024, and the project will conclude in September 2024.

As part of this work, the consultant will accomplish the following work:

• Update current Salesforce instance to accurately respond to the organization’s relationship management needs across partnership (district/school) and fundraising work, with a particular focus on tracking and converting new leads.
• Update current Salesforce instance to accurately respond to the organization’s internal deliverable tracking needs across partnership (district/school) and fundraising work

Anticipated deliverables include:

• Updated Salesforce infrastructure (fields, workflows, connectors, etc.) and system integrations that accurately respond to the organization’s relationships management and internal deliverable tracking needs, utilizing NPSP features and structure as much as possible
• Documentation (preferably short clip videos) outlining any customizations and key work flows, for internal training and use by staff members.
