MARCC is an organization consisting of religious denominations working together to improve local
social concerns by interacting with members of the religious community, elected officials and local non-profits. The Executive Director oversees and reports to a Board of representatives from faith communities and is responsible for helping form the vision of the organization as well as executing day-to-day operations to further MARCC’s objectives. The Executive Director and Officer Manager are the only paid employees.
Applicants must have at least a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the nonprofit sector, human services, or social justice organizations, possess strong communication and advocacy skills and must have a respectful understanding and appreciation of diverse religious and cultural communities.
