Part-Time Canvasser

350NH canvassers advocate for key climate issues and candidates. Canvassers will knock door to door across NH June-November to build support & get out the vote for amazing climate champions! This is a temporary position. 

Canvassers will be expected to: 

• Attend canvassing trainings
• Canvass door-to-door in districts across NH
• Be available to canvass between 1pm-5pm weeknights, and 10am-5pm on Saturday’s (schedule decided individually based on availability) 
• Willingness to participate in phone banking 
• Preference for applicant to be available Thursday through Saturday, schedule flexibility can be discussed individually 

Qualifications

• A desire to fight for climate justice and elect climate champions
• Experience canvassing (volunteer or paid), not required but preferred 
• Strong communication skills and follow through
• Reliable transportation, smart phone, laptop/computer, and proof vaccination & all booster shots

Compensation & Commitment  

• Canvassers will be compensated $26 per hour, paid every two weeks. Canvassers will average 15-20 hours per week with the opportunity for additional hours in the fall.
• These positions will start Mid-June and go through November 8th
• Canvassers will receive gas cards to cover transportation costs
