DABC is a 501(c)(3) national nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating the amplified inequities for Black children experiencing unaddressed Dyslexia and related learning dis/abilities. Since our founding in 2020, we have become a thought leader and catalyst for change, reaching hundreds of families and professionals through impactful workshops, family literacy programs, and partnerships with educators.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Summer Intern to join our team for an 8-week period. The intern will support various aspects of our communications and outreach efforts, including social media, targeted communications, and marketing material creation. This is an excellent opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit communications and marketing. The internship requires 25 hours per week.
