The Sarah Holbrook Community Center (SHCC) is seeking a visionary and passionate Executive Director to lead our organization to new heights!

As our Executive Director, you will have the opportunity to:

• Shape the future of SHCC by developing and implementing strategic plans
• Inspire and lead a talented team of staff and volunteers
• Build strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders
• Secure the financial resources needed to sustain and grow our programs
• Make a lasting impact on the lives of the children and families we serve

We are looking for a leader who:

• Has a deep commitment to positive youth development and social justice
• Brings at least 5 years of experience in nonprofit management and administration
• Possesses exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Is a strategic thinker with the ability to turn vision into action
• Has a track record of successful fundraising and financial management
