POSITION OVERVIEW
The Coordinator, Volunteer & Intern Operations (the “Coordinator”) reports to and works in conjunction with the Director, Volunteer & Intern Operations and plays a key role in supporting the overall administration and development of programming for all 9/11 Memorial & Museum volunteers and interns. This includes the actual recruitment, quality oversight, record-keeping, and recognition of all volunteers and interns. The coordinator will be responsible for the onboarding of volunteers and interns, and administrative processes involved in volunteer and intern operations across the organization, to support our mission.

The work environment is an indoor, climate-controlled office environment comprised of cubicles, walled-offices and group conference rooms. The noise level in the office environment is usually low. Employees will be required to comply with the organizational Health and Safety Plan. Minimal travel is required.
