Roundabout Theatre Company, New York’s leading not-for-profit theatre, is seeking a detail-oriented individual with demonstrated experience in providing administrative support for sales, call centers, or ticketing operations.
Reporting primarily to the Associate Director of Call Center Operations, the Audience Services Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining administrative functions for Roundabout’s Audience Services department. The Audience Services department encompasses customer service for Roundabout produced productions and our rentals through our inbound call center and venue box offices as well as our robust access programs.
Ideally this role’s set schedule would be Tuesday through Saturday. However, because the Audience Services department operates seven days a week, we are open to discussing a set schedule that is different provided it fits within our business needs.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with Roundabout’s excellent benefits package. The salary range for this role is $42,000-$44,500 annually plus any overtime for hours worked over 40 in a workweek.
