Reporting primarily to the Associate Director of Call Center Operations, the Audience Services Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining administrative functions for Roundabout’s Audience Services department. The Audience Services department encompasses customer service for Roundabout produced productions and our rentals through our inbound call center and venue box offices as well as our robust access programs.

  • Reviewing print materials, emails, applications, and websites for functionality
  • Coordinating customer service-related outreach
  • Invoicing, supply management and ordering
  • Coordinating set-up of access services with service providers.

This is some of what the Audience Services Administrator should bring:

  • 1-3 years’ experience. Customer service or sales support and/or ticketing experience preferred.
  • Experience with Tessitura ticketing system (or comparable technology) and/or call center management software preferred
  • An elevated level of computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with data visualization a plus.
  • Ability to quickly and accurately collect and synthesize data for reporting purposes
  • Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative working style with the ability to take on new tasks, challenges and responsibilities as necessary
  • Previous experience within an arts organization is preferred and a passion for theatre and performing arts is a bonus.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with Roundabout’s excellent benefits package. The salary range for this role is $42,000-$44,500 annually plus any overtime for hours worked over 40 in a workweek.
