The Acacia Center for Justice (“Acacia”) provides legal support and representation to immigrants facing deportation through the development, coordination, and management of national networks of legal services providers serving immigrants across the country. Job Summary:
This position will largely provide support to the program team for the Unaccompanied Children Program (UCP) that coordinates the delivery of legal support, throughout the U.S., to unaccompanied migrant children who are undergoing proceedings in the immigration court system. UCP is funded by a contract from the Department of Health and Human Services and administered through the Office of Refugees and Resettlement (ORR).
The Business Intelligence Manager position leads components of the overall reporting and data infrastructure under the Unaccompanied Children Program (UCP) contract. They have substantive knowledge and experience in managing the end-to-end process of producing external-facing analytical reports, including managing technical data processes to achieve quality reporting as well as stakeholder and collaborator relationship management to facilitate complex and interdependent processes across multiple functional areas. They will use their extensive experience in managing reporting processes and products to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and see work through from planning, design, data collection, analysis, write up, and presentation to various audiences.
The Business Intelligence Manager collaborates with team members to advance program goals, by actively engaging in team meetings and program activities, and supports efforts to ensure the team's race equity and inclusion priorities are a core aspect of reporting, including in methodological approaches, reports, hiring and staffing, and external and internal research communications.

Acacia has established an internal compensation philosophy that centers equity and pay transparency. The salary for this position is set at $118,200. The salary listed is just one component of Acacia’s total compensation package for employees. Supporting Acacia staff—both personally and professionally—is our priority.
