Descripción

Crimsonrise Inc. seeks a detail-oriented and flexible Administrative and Finance Coordinator to join our team. This role involves maintaining client records, updating financial accounts and records, updating our website, coordinating with vendors, and assisting the Executive Director and Treasurer with operational activities. The ideal candidate should be a team player, eager to learn, and adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.

In our small but dedicated team, every member plays a crucial role in supporting our mission. As the Administrative and Finance Coordinator, while your primary responsibilities include managing our office operations and accounting tasks, we value a collaborative spirit and the willingness to engage in a variety of activities. This role requires flexibility and a readiness to contribute to tasks outside of traditional job boundaries, supporting the team wherever necessary. This may include administrative support, event coordination, or other tasks as needed to advance our goals. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and enthusiastic about pitching in to help as part of our nonprofit team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update records for all clients.
  • Reconcile session records with payments and expenses.
  • Manage donor records and issue acknowledgements.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and manage expense categorization in QuickBooks.
  • Coordinate with vendors and provide operational support to the executive management team.
  • Use various software tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, Vagaro, WordPress, Flipcause, and ClassTag.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail.  
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt and quickly learn new skills and software.
  • Some experience with financial record-keeping and basic accounting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Prior experience in an administrative or finance role is a plus, but not required.
