Operations Associate

The Pennsylvania Democratic Party and Biden for President are hiring Operations Associates to work with our wide-scale organizing operation in the fight for the soul of our nation.

In this position you will:

• Assist in onboarding new hiring prospects
• Coordinate with members of the organizing team on potential office openings and supplies needed
• Coordinate with various partners to execute local and national events
• Help with operational tasks such as purchasing
• Assist with field logistics for large scale principle events

Top things we’re looking for:

• Strong commitment to Democratic politics and ideals and enthusiasm for electing Joe Biden, Vice President Harris, Senator Bob Casey and Democrats up and down the ballot;
• One cycle of campaign experience preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing work environment.?
• Ability to work long and irregular hours, including nights and weekends.?
• A valid driver’s license and reliable motor vehicle.

This role is a full time, in person role located in Philadelphia, PA.
