About the Position:

The Operations Coordinator is an integral member of the operations team, providing essential support for the organization's strategic objectives. With the Chief Operating Officer, this position assists with processes, facilities management, human resources, and IT, collaborating with all staff to ensure the effectiveness of the big picture and to support the execution of WREN’s vision and mission.

This is a full-time, exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package and an annual salary of $52,000.

WREN is a statewide, nonprofit, nonpartisan organization building a movement to advance the health, economic well-being, and rights of women, girls, gender-expansive individuals, and their families in South Carolina. About the Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Information Technology, or

related field preferred.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and

priorities concurrently.

• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

• A practical thinker who can translate complex ideas into concise, clear communication.

• Meticulous attention to detail for accurate documentation and compliance.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse

stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
