OVERVIEW:
The Housing Supports Case Manager will work in all areas of the Housing Supports Department. This position is established as a general departmental staff position that is available to provide services in myriad capacities within the framework of Housing Supports activities. This position will work across all teams within the Housing Supports Department including primarily but not limited to; Co-locations, Continuum of Care, HomeBase, Home and Healthy for Good, and Operations teams. As such, this staff person will participate in providing supportive services and case management, conduct screens, intakes and follow up, assist with housing search activities, respond as needed to external referrals, and assist with all operation activities including data input. The staff person may also assist with coverage both on site at Metro Housing | Boston’s office as well as one of many of Metro Housing’s co-location sites.
The focus and daily activities of this position are dependent on needs of the department and may vary daily or, in contrast, the staff person may be assigned to cover activities, cases or a position for an extended period of time.

NOTE: Metro Housing supports a hybrid work environment. Staff is expected to work from the Boston office as needed to ensure maximum performance and results, and at the direction of the managers.
