STAFF ATTORNEY
The Child Advocacy Clinic and the Immigrant Justice Clinic at Rutgers Law School seek to hire a full-time Staff Attorney to begin immediately. The Staff Attorney will provide immigration representation to children who are in the custody of the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency. The position will be based on the Law School's Newark campus.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in either family law or immigration law, along with excellent oral and written communication skills and experience working with children. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required. Candidate must be admitted to the bar, but it does not need to be in New Jersey.
