The NYU Furman Center invites applications for a two-year State Housing and Land Use Policy Fellowship. The Fellow will be a senior-level position working closely with the Furman Center and Housing Solutions Lab’s leadership and research, law, policy, and communications teams. The Fellow will be responsible for launching and managing all aspects of a new body of work related to state housing and land use policy, with the goal of creating a repository of rigorous housing policy research and guidance for a national audience of state and local-level policymakers, practitioners, advocates, and researchers. The Fellow will report directly to Prof. Vicki Been, faculty director at the NYU Furman Center.

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $90,000-110,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
