North Star Health is an independent, not-for-profit federally qualified health center (FQHC) serving diverse communities in southern Vermont and southwestern New Hampshire. We provide primary and preventive medical care, behavioral health care, and dental and vision care to people of all ages regardless of economic circumstance. Financial assistance based on a sliding fee scale is available to those who qualify.
