Community Outreach and Development, Inc.'s goal is to empower individuals and families to create a better quality of life through Education, Human Services and Economic Development. The goal of their outreach program, "Labor of Love" Human Services Center, is to provide basic needs to individuals in the community through emergency financial assistance, providing food, clothing, advocacy, linkage to employment and other human resources. It is to serve as a compassionate care center for persons, by serving as a “one-stop-shop” for community members seeking to find help in any area of their personal, professional, and family life.
