Blue Ribbon Mentor-Advocate is a program of the Chapel Hill-Carrboro (North Carolina) City Schools. We offer mentoring, advocacy, tutoring, leadership training, enrichment, and scholarship support services to students. Our program targets African-American and Latino students as a part of our district's mission to close the racial achievement gap.
Our mission: To establish supportive relationships between adults and children to broaden children's visions of their future; consequently helping them reach their fullest academic, physical, emotional, and social potential.
