Women Helping Women

For 30 years, Women Helping Women has been providing affordable therapy and support services. With offices in Metuchen and Somerset, NJ, Women Helping Women serves more than 5,000 women, young girls and teens each year. The agency's programs - individual therapy, group therapy, support groups, helpline, and community education workshops - are crucial to those struggling with issues related to domestic violence, sexual abuse, depression,divorce, loss, self-esteem, peer pressure, relationships and addiction. Women Helping Women believes in the ability of the individual to discover and build on her inner strength. WHW's programs and services are unique in their use of professionals and trained volunteers to provide affordable therapeutic services in a warm, non-judgmental environment.
