Diversity Talks is a non-profit organization that specializes in providing youth-led professional development grounded in diversity, equity and inclusion. We partner with schools and school systems to create unique educational contexts where adults are the learners and young people are the facilitators of learning. We believe that we will achieve a lasting impact if we focus our efforts on increasing the cultural competence of adults and on concurrently creating a platform for youth voice.
