2NDFLOOR® Youth Helpline

The 2NDFLOOR Youth Helpline is a toll-free number for New Jersey’s youth and young adults to call for any reason, encompassing the big and small problems of daily life. The helpline provides a 24/7 anonymous, confidential outlet for youth to speak with a non-judgmental listener. 2NDFLOOR’s mission is to provide young people with immediate comfort, guidance and assistance. We also encourage discussion with trusted adults, provide information and referrals, and provide a resource which supports youths, parents, families and schools. The helpline is intended to provide supportive listening before problems reach a crisis point.
