"THEFT TALK" specializes in counseling juvenile and adult theft offenders. Founded in 1983. Cognitive restructuring is the primary intervention. A primary premise of "THEFT TALK" is that theft offenders think differently than you and I and, if you understand how they are thinking you will see that they are making logical choices. (Be sure you don't translate the word "logical" to "right") Hence the mission, "To change the way people think about stealing."
Presently "THEFT TALK" serves counties in California, Oregon and Washington. Seminars and training is available.
