CASA Youth Advocates of Delaware and Chester Counties

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) works with children who have been abused or neglected. CASA is central to fulfilling society’s most fundamental obligation by making sure a qualified, compassionate adult will fight for and protect a child’s right to be safe, to be treated with dignity and respect, and to learn and grow in the security of a loving family.

Our vision:  We envision a bright future for all children that includes a safe and stable home environment, consistent relationships with caring adults, and supportive child welfare, education, and health systems of care.

 Our mission:  Our mission is to help abused and neglected children live well, achieve academic excellence, and experience the joys of childhood by providing them with trained volunteer Advocates who speak for their best interests.
