New York City Scholarship Foundation

The New York City Scholarship Foundation is pleased to sponsor the Miss Manhattan, Miss Metropolitan and Miss Greater Gotham Scholarship Pageants. The Board of Directors of the NYCSF encourages young woman, 17-24 years of age, to strive to exceed their goals and accomplish their dreams through participation in this worthwhile program.

As part of the Miss New York and Miss America Organizations, the Miss Manhattan, Miss Metropolitan and Miss Greater Gotham Scholarship Pageants are proud to contribute to one of the largest sources of scholarship opportunities for women in the world.

All three title winners will compete for the prestigious title of Miss New York and will have the opportunity to earn scholarships towards furthering her education. In addition, throughout her Year of Service, she will have the chance of networking with the people of our great city and promote a platform, or critical cause that is near to her heart.

Participating in the Miss New York/America system not only helps young women pay for college and prepare for a career, it also provides an opportunity to gain additional life experience, work on issues of importance to society enhance personal and professional skills and develop performance-related and other talents.

The New York City Scholarship Foundation, is also pleased to sponsor Miss Manhattan Outstanding Teen, which is a preliminary title in the Miss New York Outstanding Teen system, the "Little Sister Pageant to Miss New York and Miss America.

Both Miss and Teen will compete at their respective State Level Pageants and compete for the crowns of Miss New York and Miss New York's Outstanding Teen.
