The mission of WATCH is to make the justice system more effective and responsive in handling cases of violence, particularly against women and children, and to create a more informed and involved public. WATCH is a nonprofit, volunteer-based monitoring and research organization that advocates for an improved justice system. Founded in 1992, WATCH strives to improve the justice system''s response to cases of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse. WATCH is the only organization in Minnesota devoted exclusively to improving the justice system.
