LOFT: Leaders on the Fast Track

Leaders on the Fast Track, or LOFT, is a one year paid fellowship that exposes senior staff leaders to critical leadership and business skills taught by premier MBA programs and used by the nation’s most innovative private-sector companies. In partnership with the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, the program aims to retain and develop promising talent through leadership coaching, academic learning, on-the-job experiences, and network-building.
