Grace Hospice was developed in 2014 through a partnership with Augustana Care and Mount Olivet Church. These organizations have a long history of quality care, rich blessings of volunteers, and provide service to those in physical, emotional, or spiritual need. Fostering peace and grace, we emotionally and spiritually support the patient and their loved ones. We as an interdisciplinary team encircle them offering comfort, honesty and respect for their decisions along the hospice journey. Our mission statement is to serve God by recognizing that every person deserves to live out his or her life with respect and dignity, free of pain, and in an environment that promotes quality of life.
