About UtmostU

UtmostU is a Chicago-based nonprofit organization with a mission to empower young adults to realize their professional aspirations by supporting their successful degree attainment and career preparation. Through holistic support, external partnerships, and coaching, the UtmostU network propels young adults, referred to as fellows, from underrepresented backgrounds toward their career goals with the ultimate mission of increasing economic stability for our fellows. The network currently consists of nearly 20 affiliate organizations serving over 800 fellows. By leveraging a Salesforce platform, sharing resources, knowledge and best practices, UtmostU builds the capacity of its affiliate organizations and expands its impact on fellow success.
