INITIATIVE OF LIFE (IOL) UGANDA

Innovation of life (IOL) is a Community Based Organization a non-profit organization that was founded in 2017 by a group of women, pwds and adolescents whose mission was to advocate for their gender equity and economic empowerment. The Organization is certified by the Kamuli District Chief Administrative Officer and District Community Development Department.

IOL - Uganda implements community health, socio-economic empowerment and advocacy programs at community level, targeting adolescent girls and young women, youths, orphans , vulnerable children ,old women and full involvement of men.

We are currently operating in Kamuli - Eastern Uganda, implementing a number of youths and women focused programs as well as timely accessibility to GBV Prevention and Sexual reproductive health services.

Vision:

To embrace gender inclusion of the less privileged and marginalized people to participate in community development initiatives. 

Mission:

To empower the less privileged and marginalized people with innovative economic skills.
