Mentor Future Chicago Leaders - Chicago Scholars Mentor Program

Want to work with high school students from across the city of Chicago to help them navigate the college access process? Enjoy creating a network with other like-minded adults that will support students to and through their first year of college? Then you should become a Chicago Scholars Mentor!

We are now accepting Mentor applications for the upcoming program year that begins in June 2024. Learn more and apply here: https://www.chicagoscholars.org/mentor

Join us at our MONTHLY (virtual) Chicago Scholars New Mentor Open House to learn more about becoming a mentor! Don't forget to sign up to find out more about our Mentorship Program!

Chicago Scholars provides Chicago’s young leaders with the support they need to achieve their dreams through an innovative college access, success, and leadership development program. We serve students in under-resourced communities and nurture their talent through mentorship, college admissions support, college persistence, access to summer internships, and career development opportunities.

We are currently recruiting over 250 dynamic individuals to serve as mentors for our incoming college class of 2029. Through our innovative 2-year mentoring program, mentors provide support needed to successfully navigate the college admissions process and complete the first year of college.

With just a small investment of your time, you can help to change the lives of the future generations of Chicago’s leaders!
