Support the proposal development process, including responding to RFP requirements, content creation, budget development and collating inputs from various sources within the organization.
Generate new leads, identify, and contact decision-makers, screen potential opportunities that are non-competitive and provide a rationale for pursuing if relevant.
Work with the senior leadership team to draft a Resource Mobilization Strategy.
Oversees the development of donor and partner visibility and recognition strategies and plans in alignment with agreements and donor requirements.
Network and engage with private and public sector donors and partners, whose support is essential to/can assist in achieving the resource mobilization and advocacy objectives of the Partnership and Resource Mobilization strategy.

Solid understanding of youth and community led development.
Graduate level degree in relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience.
Experience of advocating for more equitable funding practices to facilitate youth-led development.
Ability to proactively generate and co-create “new business” opportunities that lead to strategic funding.
