Make a difference: Volunteer at TORUWU's Children Disability program

Training of Rural Women in Uganda (TORUWU) is seeking dedicated volunteers to join our Disability Program and make a positive impact on children living with disabilities. As a volunteer, you will work closely with our professional therapist to assist in implementing tailored physiotherapy exercises that help improve the physical abilities and overall well-being of these children. Your commitment and support can significantly enhance the quality of life for these young individuals. Join us in creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for children with disabilities.

Volunteering can last anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months.

Requirements:

• Passion for working with children with disabilities
• Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and follow therapeutic guidance
• Availability for scheduled sessions (every Thursday)
