The Founder/Executive Director of the Global Partnership for Civic Engagement (& Better Century Awards) is looking for his next Assistant/Volunteer Coordinator.

This role is an essential part of our organization, and demands rigor, attention to details, and professionalism. Our unique volunteering program offers the opportunity for students, recent graduates, young professionals and activists to join an international team of volunteers and provide support to the Global Partnership’s mission.
We currently have 3 teams of volunteers:
(1) Communication & Marketing
(2) Fundraising
(3) Research
Your job as Volunteer Coordinator will be providing support and structure for the volunteers to perform their tasks as seamlessly as possible, as well as ensuring the relevance and quality of the work.

Due to the international nature of our organization and our volunteer program, all meetings are done remotely to include members from around the world. This position requires a commitment of 15-20 hours per week, including 5 to 8 hours per week videoconferencing to check in with teams and/or report back to the Executive Director, the rest of the workload being done autonomously, and dispatched however you please.
The previous Executive Assistants were hardworking university students (undergrad or graduate) or individuals looking for extracurricular activities and/or looking for an early professional experience managing teams and coordinating a volunteering program.
This position is open to enrolled students, as well as any other individual looking to work towards making a difference!
