Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Volunteer Video Production Coordinator to join our team. The Volunteer Video Production Coordinator will oversee a team of volunteers who create video content focused on educating viewers about cultural competency in medicine. The role does not involve direct video production but rather managing the production process, ensuring that diverse perspectives are represented in the videos, and coordinating with experts and community members to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate a team of volunteers from across the world who contribute to the video production process

- Work with experts and community members to ensure that diverse perspectives are represented in the videos

- Manage the production process, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and scripts for videos

- Oversee the editing and post-production process, ensuring that the final product meets quality standards

- Ensure that all videos comply with copyright laws and other relevant regulations

Requirements:

- Proven experience in video production or project management

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

- Passion for promoting cultural competency in healthcare
