Adoptions Coordinator - REMOTE

The ideal candidate for the Adoptions Coordinator role is someone who is ideally very organized and is passionate about seeing rescue pets be placed in the best homes possible. The adoptions coordinator will help facilitate and complete the pet adoptions process! This includes:

-Adoption Interviews with potential applicants over Zoom/Facetime (with 1 other person)

-Doing reference/vet Checks

-Sending adoption contract to adopters

-Keeping Pet profiles updated on our platforms

-Coordinating meet-ups between fosters and adopters when it comes time for the pets to go to their forever home

No experience required! Roughly about a 2-3 hour commitment per week.

After 6 month commitment, this role also gets to help decide which pets we pull/save from our various shelter partners.
