Do you have a passion for business and a desire to empower young minds? We're searching for enthusiastic volunteers to join our team of Executive Coaches and make a real difference in the lives of aspiring young entrepreneurs aged 8-19. Become an Executive Coaching Volunteer. Additionally, this position is remote! 🤩

What you'll do as an Executive Coaching remote volunteer:

• Inspire and guide: Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to young people, helping them develop their business ideas, create plans, and overcome challenges.
• Ignite creativity: Use engaging activities and discussions to keep young minds enthusiastic and foster a love for learning about business.
• Celebrate success: Witness the joy of accomplishment as young entrepreneurs see their ideas come to life and gain valuable business skills.
• Become part of a team: Collaborate with other passionate coaches and share best practices in a supportive and engaging environment.
• Prepare students for the shark tank event for investors

Time commitment:

Only 4 hours per week, for a total of 90 days (flexible scheduling available)Commitment can be fulfilled through individual sessions or workshops

Requirements:

• Possess a genuine passion for business and a desire to share your knowledge with others.
• Enjoy working with young people and have the ability to connect with them on their level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and encouraging attitude.
• Able to listen actively, ask insightful questions, and provide constructive feedback.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

About Executive Coaching Program: I'RAISE Girls & Boys CEO Executive Coaching Program is a competitive intensive academy, taught and led by experienced and skilled CEO professionals. The academy offers youth ages 8-19 years old hands-on and thought-provoking discussions and activities on expanding their business or business idea. This academy will teach advanced skills in business planning, marketing, financial management and budgeting, and elevator pitch through simulation learning, peer-based activities, and an immersive model.
