Volunteer Tutor (In Person)

Learning for ALL is in need of one on one tutors to teach adult students in English as a Second Language (ESL), or General Education Diploma (GED) studies. Students and volunteers meet in person to work at UNO, local libraries, cafes, and other public locations around Omaha, NE. We ask that tutors meet with their students at least once a week for an hour for a minimum of three months. Tutors and students are paired based on their availability and preferences. Tutors are provided with orientation and a curriculum prior to meeting with their student. There is great demand for in person ESL tutoring right now, so please get in touch if you are interested.
