Full Job Description

Overview: This is a contractual part time position. Travel may be required, hence qualified candidates will have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. This position requires the ability to pass a reference check. Grant Manager manages funder relationships, engages in compliance reporting, and supports special project initiatives, and writes grants and grant renewals. Under the supervision of the President, the Manager of Grants is responsible for securing funding for the organization. Previous experience in non-profit fundraising & Healthcare preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Self- starter with superior organizational skills, great leadership qualities, and exceptional budgeting and monitoring skills.
• This position requires strong writing, data analysis, and project management skills.
• Enhancing overall fundraising and development initiatives
• Research funding opportunities in alignment with the short- and long-term funding needs from government and non-government agencies
• Draft grant proposals and supporting documents based on the funding requirements of the organization
• Study and understand the history, structure, objectives, programs and financial needs of the nonprofit organization
• Creates MS Excel databases for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
