Volunteer Financial Administrative Assistant/Financial Secretary

Women in Ethics and Compliance mission is to empower women in their personal and professional goals with a focus on ethics and compliance by providing a community where they can share their experiences, learn from each other, and grow professionally. We are dedicated to fostering a culture of ethics, integrity, and compliance in all aspects of life, with a focus on women’s mental health, legal rights, and professional development. We are a non-profit organization seeking a Financial Secretary to assist in the finance's of the organization.

Requirements:

* Honest, Ethical, and Trustworthy

Financial and/or accounting knowledge.

Grant writing experience a +   

Understanding of financial accounting for nonprofit organizations.

*Duties:

• Prepare invoices
• Track incoming payments and Support overall finance functions
• Apply for Grants
• Work closely with Executive Director

Qualifications and Additional Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 2 -3 years of data entry and/or office administrative experience (preferred)
• Strong time management skills
• Strong accounting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
