Are you ready to embark on an unforgettable journey as a Gala Event Planner? Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in creating a night to remember while supporting a cause close to your heart. As a volunteer Gala Event Planner, you'll dive into the world of event management, bringing dreams to life and weaving magic into every detail.

• Collaborate with the gala committee to develop event concepts and themes aligned with organizational objectives. (Weekly meet on Tuesdays at 7 pm EST)
• Coordinate all aspects of gala logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budget oversight.
• Manage guest invitations, RSVPs, and registration processes to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the gala and maximize attendance.
• Oversee on-site event management, including setup, coordination of activities, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Conduct a post-event evaluation to assess the success of the gala and identify areas for improvement.
