CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS — Help Build a Movement for Identity, Resilience & Unity
I’m building something rooted deeply in my own journey — growing up between Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the UK. My life has been shaped by identity, resilience, faith, and the search for belonging.
Part of my story includes living with a mental‑health condition that was diagnosed by doctors. It has been a challenging but transformative part of my life, teaching me the importance of emotional resilience, compassion, and community support.
During a difficult period, I also explored different faith traditions. I visited churches and spent time learning about Christianity as part of understanding myself, my identity, and my place in the world. This experience helped me appreciate the beauty of interfaith understanding and the power of unity across beliefs.
I’ve written a series of episodes about my life, and I’ll be sharing them on my YouTube channel soon. These episodes are the foundation of a wider movement I’m building — a Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to emotional wellbeing, cultural identity, interfaith unity, storytelling that heals communities and much more will be included.
This early volunteer team will help shape the foundation of the organisation from the very beginning.
I’m looking for a diverse group of volunteers (10–20 people) who want to help build this movement from the ground up. Whether you’re creative, community‑focused, or organised and detail‑driven, there’s a place for you.
You can support in areas like:
Creative & Storytelling — filming, editing, writing, design, ideas • Community & People — engagement, events, conversations, outreach • Organisation & Admin — planning, coordination, structure, systems
Start Date, Location & Time Commitment
Volunteers can begin from May, and the duration of the role is flexible. This is a remote volunteer role, and all work can be done online from anywhere. Working hours and days can be adapted to your availability. All details can be discussed and agreed during a relaxed online interview.
Selection Process
All volunteers will be invited to a relaxed online interview, and final selection will be based on alignment with the mission and the needs of the project.
You don’t need experience — just heart, curiosity, and a desire to make a real impact.
If this speaks to you, send me a message and we’ll have a relaxed chat. Let’s build something meaningful together.
“For volunteers who will be representing Ayren publicly or working closely with people, we sometimes ask for a simple reference just to confirm reliability and safeguarding. It’s very light and optional — if you don’t have someone, that’s completely fine.”
