Joint Outreach Initiatives (JOI) is a youth-led digital empowerment platform based in Sri Lanka dedicated to uplifting underserved girls, women, and youth through inclusive online learning.

We believe that every young person deserves the tools, confidence, and opportunities to lead a purpose-driven life.

Our mission is to provide accessible, skill-based education focused on leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and digital literacy — empowering youth to thrive in the modern world.

Through mentorship programs, virtual workshops, and community-led initiatives, JOI connects changemakers, fosters collaboration, and builds confidence in young learners.

We value empathy, inclusivity, and innovation — ensuring that learning remains accessible to everyone, regardless of background or location.

To date, JOI has empowered over 40 learners through programs like Project Elimination and SkillBridge, where 85% of participants reported improved leadership and communication skills.
