This hybrid position is based in the Washington, DC area and plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting executive leadership.
The Executive Assistant & Operations Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Director, providing high-level administrative support, enhancing organizational operations, and ensuring effective governance and Board engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, virtual environment with a collaborative team culture. Due to the organization’s global scope, the ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to work non-traditional hours to support international operations and stakeholders across various time zones.
