    Public Equity Group (PEG) is a diverse network of strategy and management consultants mobilized to help visionary leaders and organizations achieve impact.

    PEG seeks an experienced Senior Executive Assistant. This role is a part-time, hourly, exempt, at-will role. The Senior Executive Assistant will provide direct, high-quality administrative and operational support to PEG’s leadership team. This role helps ensure the leaders’ work (across client engagements, internal initiatives, and external partnerships) runs smoothly and efficiently.

    The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing details, logistics, and communication in a fast-moving environment.

    Likely workstreams include:

    Executive Administrative Support

    • Maintain and manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, interviews, and client calls
    • Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up notes
    • Draft, proofread, and send routine correspondence on behalf of leadership team
    • Keep digital files, email folders, and shared documents organized and easy to navigate (in Google Workspace)
    • Track leadership team reminders, deadlines, and follow-ups

    Event Coordination

    • Organize logistics for Network-wide events such as convenings, workshops, and meetings
    • Coordinate venue options, travel arrangements when necessary
    • Draft communications to vendors, attendees, and partners

    Finance & Operations Support

    • Track and submit leadership expenses using credit card statements, travel confirmations, receipts, and spreadsheets
    • Enter, categorize, or prepare expenses using Expensify

    Support Internal Projects

    • Assist with light research, document prep, correspondence, and workflow organization
    • Maintain organized, accessible digital folders for ongoing internal initiatives
    • Maintain PEG’s CRM with up-to-date client and partner information

    Skills & qualifications:

    • Passion for social justice
    • Excellent team player; high willingness to go the extra mile
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Comfort handling budgets, receipts, spreadsheets, and basic financial tracking.
    • Ability to manage logistics, scheduling, and administrative tasks independently.
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Zoom, and standard digital tools.
    • Discretion, reliability, and the ability to handle sensitive information.

    Compensation:

    • Commensurate with experience (from $45-$55 hourly)
    • Most PEG employees are employed on a part-time basis. You can expect an allocation of 8-10 hours per week for this role
