We do program design for state agencies (e.g. new economic development innovation fund), pilot promising interventions for complex challenges (e.g. opioid addiction treatment), and develop tools at a proof of concept stage (e.g. automated criminal record clearing), operating on the core belief that we collectively have what it takes to make public services better.
