    Write On Fundraising brings equity and compassion to philanthropy by facilitating access and

    amplifying voices to increase capacity and impact, influence communities, and invest in people

    and organizations. We accomplish this by serving as a bridge between traditional fundraising

    practices and new upstream methodologies. Simply put, we provide fresh fundraising solutions

    for high-impact nonprofits through grant writing, individual giving, and capital campaign services.

    Our innovative team collaborates remotely across the U.S. and is headquartered in Tulsa,

    Oklahoma. Communication and impact fuel Write On culture - systems like #slack, Harvest, and

    Asana enable us to produce the best possible outcomes for our clients while providing life

    balance and value to team members.

    The Sales and Marketing Manager is charged with executing the company’s aggressive sales

    and marketing strategy. The position is a full-time, hybrid-remote opportunity with a salary range

    of $55K - 65K and a highly competitive benefits package. Travel throughout Oklahoma is

    expected about 25-50% of the time. Position is expected to office out of Write On’s co-working

    spaces. Qualified candidates will show demonstrated results in sales support, traditional

    marketing mediums, and community outreach and will have secured an undergraduate degree

    in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Business. Mastery of AP Style is required.

    Duties include:

    Sales

    • Manage sales daily activities, such as scheduling discovery sessions and presentations,

    tracking sales data, and monitoring performance

    • Produce regular reports on KPIs, such as conversion rates and other leading and

    lagging indicators

    • Create and implement market activations to reach target audiences, increase brand

    awareness, and generate leads

    • Build and maintain prospect relationships by attending community and networking

    events, trade shows, and other outreach events

    Marketing

    • Execute strategy for existing markets, to include website content development and

    ongoing maintenance; e-newsletter drafting and distribution; and management and

    content development for multiple social media channels

    • Update distribution lists and identify target audience members and opinion leaders to

    add to the lists

    • Design internal marketing pieces to include business cards, trade show materials, pitch

    decks, presentation templates, direct mail pieces, and social media graphics using

    Canva and InDesign

    • Work with various internal stakeholders to ensure that Write On brand guidelines are

    clearly articulated in all internal and external communication using

    • Manage after-the-sale communications strategy and feedback loop activities
    • Proofread and edit various materials as requested
    • Other duties as assigned

    Franchisee Support

    • Distribute warm leads to franchisees with speed and accuracy
    • Maintain franchisee marketing toolkit with fresh, branded templates
    • Work with franchisees to localize assets, including segmented content for newsletters

    and customized webpages

    • Provide administrative support to franchises for GMB and call routing
    • Provide support for the Learning & Development team in onboarding new franchisees
    • Manage the national ad fund, recommending and executing media buys on behalf of

    Write On and the franchisee network

    • Advise franchisee network on potential in-network activation opportunities and strategies

    Qualifications include:

    • At least five years of sales, marketing and communications experience (combined)
    • Undergraduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Business
    • Basic graphic design skills; Ability to produce in Canva and InDesign
    • Strong interpersonal and writing skills
    • Self-motivated and comfortable working in both team and autonomous environments
