The Sales and Marketing Manager is charged with executing the company’s aggressive sales
and marketing strategy. The position is a full-time, hybrid-remote opportunity with a salary range
of $55K - 65K and a highly competitive benefits package. Travel throughout Oklahoma is
expected about 25-50% of the time. Position is expected to office out of Write On’s co-working
spaces. Qualified candidates will show demonstrated results in sales support, traditional
marketing mediums, and community outreach and will have secured an undergraduate degree
in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Business. Mastery of AP Style is required.
Duties include:
Sales
tracking sales data, and monitoring performance
lagging indicators
awareness, and generate leads
events, trade shows, and other outreach events
Marketing
ongoing maintenance; e-newsletter drafting and distribution; and management and
content development for multiple social media channels
add to the lists
decks, presentation templates, direct mail pieces, and social media graphics using
Canva and InDesign
clearly articulated in all internal and external communication using
Franchisee Support
and customized webpages
