    Who We Are:

    Domino Park is a world class 6-acre park located along the Williamsburg waterfront in Brooklyn, NY. The park, designed by Two Trees Management and Field Operations, spans a quarter mile from Grand Street to South 5th Street. It contains a variety of passive and active recreational programming, diverse plantings and landscape features, as well as several distinctive large artifacts from the site’s industrial history as a sugar refinery.

    What You Will Do:

    Office Coordination

    • Serve as the first point of contact for all park-related inquiries received by phone and e-mail.
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support, order supplies, and coordinate with office vendors.
    • Manage accounts payable invoicing and credit card reconciliation.

    Public Events & Programming Support

    • Support the Events & Programming Manager to help produce and implement compelling, community-engaged year-round programming, including:
      • Supporting communication with programming partners/vendors while ensuring all event logistics are accurately documented and up to date;
      • Creating marketing collateral (print & online) and maintaining events listings;
      • Record-keeping of key post-event metrics and tracking expenses.

    Sponsorship & SKATE at Domino Park Coordination

    • Identify and coordinate outreach to potential sponsors of seasonal programming.
    • Proactively manage group and birthday party sales for SKATE at Domino Park.
    • Coordinate ticketing software and ensure a smooth customer experience.
    • Support sponsor fulfillment, invoicing, and reporting.

    Work Location + Hours

    • Monday – Friday: 9 am – 5 pm, with some flexibility to provide occasional support and coverage for events outside of normal working hours.
    • This is a fully in-person role, located at the Domino Park office.

    Who You Are:

    • Interested in public programming and excited to contribute to the development of a diverse slate of community-driven events;
    • Passionate about public space and parks;
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented;
    • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfortable communicating with members of the public

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Canva
    • Preferred: Experience with a CRM system and experience in outbound sales

    Salary

    • The hourly wage is anticipated to be $26, with the opportunity for a performance-based bonus.
