Nico’s Neighborhood REIT offering allows local residents (and other investors) to build wealth by investing in their neighborhood, starting with just $100. The company is built around a mission to broaden access to neighborhood equity and to create a new path forward for neighborhoods where more people are able to participate as financial stakeholders.
Nico is a mission-oriented company and is a Certified B-Corporation. Nico’s Neighborhood REITs are organized as public benefit corporations and are managed to achieve positive financial, social, and environmental outcomes for stakeholders in the communities where we operate.
