Nico is a new type of neighborhood investment company based in Echo Park in the city of Los Angeles. Nico’s Neighborhood REIT offering allows local residents (and other investors) to build wealth by investing in their neighborhood, starting with just $100. The company is built around a mission to broaden access to neighborhood equity and to create a new path forward for neighborhoods where more people are able to participate as financial stakeholders.
Nico is a mission-oriented company and is a Certified B-Corporation. Nico’s Neighborhood REITs are organized as public benefit corporations and are managed to achieve positive financial, social, and environmental outcomes for stakeholders in the communities where we operate.
