Corewell Health Hospice & Palliative Care West Michigan provides support and care for patients in their homes and in health care facilities who are in the final phase of a terminal illness so that they can live as fully and comfortably as possible. Volunteers are a vital part of our patient care team.

Our hospice agency supports patients and families in 13 counties thru-out West Michigan. Volunteers choose which geographic area that they would like to serve.
